Each item is crafted with care, intention, and a touch of magic. Because of the personal and delicate nature of our products, we ask for understanding around the following policies:
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Crystal Bundles
- Bracelets
- Custom Orders (including personalized nail designs or sizing)
- Incorrect Nail Sizes chosen by the customer
Please review our sizing guides carefully before placing your order. We offer helpful tools like the TAPE Method and visual sizing charts to support confident selection.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed upon, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll review your concern and offer a suitable resolution where applicable.

We take the utmost care in packaging every order securely and beautifully. Photos of all items are taken before dispatch to document their pre-shipment condition. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
🧿 Returned Items (if applicable)
In rare cases where a return is approved, please note:
- Items must be sent back in their original, unused condition.
- Once received, we’ll carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- You’ll be notified of the outcome and whether a refund has been approved.
